Shipping and Delivery Terms

1. Shipping Area

We deliver our products exclusively to addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

2. Shipping Partners and Delivery Times

Shipping is handled reliably by our partner, Swiss Post (Die Schweizer Post).

PostPac Economy (B-Post): Delivery usually takes place within 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday).

PostPac Priority (A-Post): Delivery usually takes place on the next working day (for orders placed before 12:00 PM).

3. Shipping Costs

PostPac Economy: CHF 7.00 / CHF 9.00 

PostPac Priority: CHF 9.00 / CHF 11.00 

4. Processing Time and Shipping Confirmation

Orders are processed and handed over to Swiss Post within 24 to 48 hours on working days following receipt of payment.

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, including a tracking number to track your shipment.

5. Transport Damage and Complaints

If the package arrives damaged, please report the damage directly to the delivery person or the delivery office if possible, and take a photograph of it.

Contact us immediately at shop@lumela.com so that we can resolve the issue with Swiss Post as quickly as possible and arrange for a replacement.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect it from the post office, and is returned to us, the customer bears the cost of re-delivery.
